One of the most anticipated sessions at our upcoming conference is focused on a topic that touches every assembly: “Bridging the Generation Gap: An Interaction Between the Young and Older Generation on Ways of Doing Church and Missions.”

This session is designed to be a safe, non-threatening environment. It is a space for open and honest conversation between the young and the old a place to explore how we can build stronger connections for the sake of the Kingdom.

We know that when we fail to communicate across generations, we can face division and even church splits. But when we optimize intergenerational connection, we build a healthier, more resilient Church. The goal is not for one generation to simply adopt the ways of the other, but to listen, learn, and discover how we can combine the wisdom of experience with the energy and fresh vision of our young people.
